Former President Bill Clinton has called the Tea Party an “insurrection,” while at the same time acknowledging that they have a point, since “everybody but average Americans are doing all right.”
Clinton, while coyly saying, “I don’t know where they stand but I get why they’re popular,” really does understand and even sympathize, saying, “There is a general revolt against bigness.”
If a group of Americans who are trying to restore sanity to our nation is called an insurrection by a former President, then so be it. And I can’t think of a better way to launch this site.
Welcome, friends. It’s time to take back the country.
